A little look back to my time at Ayers rock in December :)
First thing Boxing day morning I flew up to Uluru (Ayers Rock) for 4 amazingly wonderful days. I was there of course to photograph Charntelle & Michael’s elopement but I stayed an extra couple of days just for me.
It was my third, and hopefully not last trip to the Rock, and it still took my breath away just the same as it did the first time 9 years ago.
It was like a 4 day photo safari. 2 sunrises, 2 sunsets, and a whole lot of walking in between.
Here’s a taste of what I saw, and I can only hope it encourages more people to visit this truly incredible place!
First off, Kata Tjuta (The Olgas)

There was so much more greenery this time, the desert was alive with trees, flowers, lizards and lots of bugs :)
