Alison & Brenton were married back in April at the Chinese Garden of Friendship in Darling Harbour, followed by the reception in the Star Room above IMAX.
The weather was absolutely perfect. Everyone got ready at the Novotel in Darling Harbour & I spent the morning travelling back and forth between the girls and guys getting ready.
Alison made her own dress & it was simply divine. The detail in the lace was really incredible.
The ceremony was held in the Hall of Longevity, in front of the Dragon wall.
I love seeing couples laugh out loud during their ceremonies. It’s how it should be :)
Ok, this was pretty much the cutest thing ever.
After the ceremony we spent a few minutes wandering around the Chinese Gardens and Darling Harbour before catching a water taxi over to Cockatoo Island for more portraits.
Earlier in the afternoon, I snuck into the Star Room to get a few shots before all the guests arrived.
I’m loving the ‘cheesecake’ trend!
Every Saturday night there’s a 5 minute fireworks display over Darling Harbour, so after the first few speeches, we ducked outside for a few night shots.
That smile pretty much says everything!
Alison & Brenton wanted everyone to really dress up for the wedding. This guy took it to a whole other level!
Ally & Brenton, I hope you both had the most fabulous day. It was a pleasure capturing it for you!
Absolutely beautiful Kel. Job well done.
Beautiful shots and those fireworks shots are amazing, you’ve taken some great frames, you should be proud!
