Ellen & Tim | Wedding

Bright and early last Friday morning I flew down to Canberra to spend the weekend with Beata English & assist her in shooting Ellen & Tim’s gorgeous wedding.

The weather was simply perfect, enough cloud to keep it cool, enough sun to make the light amazing (just wait until you see the sunset!).

Ellen’s dress was divine!

How lucky are they to have a friend who owns a Cadillac!

I love watching Page Boys & Flower Girls during ceremonies; it’s hilarious seeing how they keep themselves entertained :)

Fun fact: Jane, Ellen’s sister & bridesmaid was actually one of the bridesmaids last time I photographed a wedding with Beata :)

Words cannot express how excited I was when I saw the two rakes laying in the bunker. I’ve always wanted to do a take on American Gothic! I’m sure Ellen & Tim thought I was nuts when I suggested it, but I’m so happy they went along with it. This is hands down my favourite shot of the day :)

Canberra seriously has the best light!
