Guestbook

A great way to use the images from your engagement session is to create a guestbook. My guestbooks are much the same as my wedding albums. The only difference being that the design allows for a significant amount of white space for guests to write their messages.

It is important that your engagement session is held at least 3 months prior to your wedding date to ensure that the design can be finalised and book delivered in plenty of time before the day.

Design Process

My designs are clean and simple. The number of images incorporated in the design will be dependant on the number of guests you expect, and therefore how much room is necessary for messages.

I will make the initial image selection and prepare a design layout. Some spreads will include a single panorama, others a series of images.

When the initial design is complete, I will upload the layouts to your online gallery for your to review. You’re welcome to make as many changes as you like to achieve your desired layout, such as switching images here and there or alternating between colour and black & white.

Most couples find it easier to make small changes, rather than start from scratch choosing their favourite images. Chances are, we have the same favourites anyway.

Ordering

Once any changes have been made, I will upload the layouts to your online gallery for final approval. Payment of any additional spreads must be made prior to the order being placed.

As all my guestbooks are manufactured in the USA, please allow between 4-6 weeks from final layout approval until delivery. Due to shutdowns over the Christmas period, extended timeframes may apply at this time of year. You will be advised of any cut-offs required to receive your guestbook prior to your wedding.

Sizes

All of my guestbooks are designed in a square format. You can choose from 8×8, 10×10 and 12×12. The guestbooks contain 20 spreads at a minimum, and you can choose to add on additional spreads up to a maximum of 45 spreads.
